About Downi
Hailing from the Derbyshire Peak District, Downi is a prolific songwriter and accomplished musician capable of delivering her songs with sensitivity, and a voice that belies her 5 foot 2 frame. Last year Downi decided to reveal her songs to a wider audience, and after winning an online songwriting competition she travelled to London to ' jam ' with Sandi Thom at her famous Tooting basement studio. Downi has recently completed her debut album “The Gem in the Robe” which will be available shortly.
